License Agreement

1. Grant of License

Upon completing your purchase, QBReseller grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the specific version of QuickBooks software for which you have purchased a license key. This license is valid for the number of users specified in your order.

2. Restrictions on Use

You agree that you will not, under any circumstances:

• Resell, distribute, rent, or lease the license key to any third party.
• Attempt to activate the software on more devices than your purchased license permits.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software.
• Use the software for any unlawful or illegal business practices.

3. Ownership and Copyright

The software (QuickBooks) is owned by Intuit Inc. and is protected by copyright laws and international treaty provisions. Your purchase grants you a license to use the software, but does not transfer any ownership rights of the software's code, branding, or intellectual property to you. QBReseller is an independent distributor.

4. Lifetime Access Definition

The term "Lifetime License" refers to the lifespan of the specific software version purchased (e.g., QuickBooks Desktop 2024). You will have uninterrupted access to this version for as long as your operating system supports it. It does not guarantee free upgrades to future yearly releases.

5. Termination

Without prejudice to any other rights, QBReseller or Intuit may terminate your license if you fail to comply with the terms and conditions of this EULA. In such an event, you must destroy all copies of the software and license keys in your possession.
